The Will Of GOD Outweighs The Intentions Of Our Spiritual Enemy.

John 10:10 New International Version (NIV): The thief comes only to steal and kill and destroy; I have come that they may have life, and have it to the full.

The will of GOD outweighs the intentions of our spiritual enemy. The enemy is known as satan, the devil, beelzebub, lucifer, and other names. (Please note that the first letter of the enemy’s alternative names is intentionally left as lower case.) The enemy comes with an agenda to kill, steal, and destroy.  But GOD is the Sovereign Lord. He is our Heavenly Father. His son JESUS came that we might have life and have it more abundantly.  Whose intentions do you think carry the most authority?

For example, a man goes to visit the home of his friend.  The visiting friend offers an adorable little child to take a puff of his cigarette.  Immediately, the child’s father says, “No.  He can’t have that.”  The father’s decision overrules the offer of the visitor.  The father then throws the visitor out of the house.

Likewise, our Heavenly Father’s will, decisions, rules, mandates, and commandments overrule whatever the spiritual enemy of our souls wants to serve to us.  GOD will step in, strip the enemy of authority, and eject the enemy from our situation.

Put yourself in GOD’s hands and trust in His sovereign protection.  Resist the devil and the Bible tells us he will run away. It doesn’t say the devil will walk away.  He will actually run.

Excerpt from James 4:7-8 New International Version (NIV): Submit yourselves, then, to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you. Come near to God and he will come near to you…
